Matters arising 76.3 Clerks Wages: These are currently £2269.18 per annum and £600.00 expenses (which go towards paper, ink, broadband, electricity etc..) 76.4 Footpath Booklet: I have received an email from Nicola Housden (Clair Watkins daughter) informing me that I am now to take over the Booklet as she no longer has time to put into it. It is currently at the printers but it would seem that there are still issues with blank pages? And photos not being good enough quality. I have told her to put the printing on hold until I have spoken with the Council as to what they want to do next. Other There is a course on Village Halls being held by Sue Sheppard on July 18th and I think it would benefit for myself and Kay to attend along with Jill Palmer. The Insurance renewal has come in and is £244.46. I will give the information to William tonight as is due 1st June 2018 The amendment to the definitive map for footpath 29 (passing Gill Mill) has come through and I have posted a copy on the notice board as required by the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1891, Section 53. I will bring a copy along if you wish to see it. The accounts have been internally Audited and now the Council must decide if they are to be Externally audited at a cost of £200. Alternatively, because we are under £25,000 per year, we can apply for an exemption certificate and therefore do not have to have the second audit. Download this Clerk's Report ![]()
